*Late fee of $50 per skater will be assessed for all Squirt/U10, Peewee/U12, Bantam/U14 players if registered after the deadline.

If you would like to pay off-line please email Katie Stickfort ahead of time for the code and to schedule a time to coordinate payment.

Please contact Katie Stickfort if you believe you have unused credits and a discount code can be created prior to registering.

Post dated deposit checks for volunteer hours will be collected on at the team parent meeting.

Raffle tickets will be distributed at the team parent meeting. You can chose to purchase the fundraising fee with registration or submit a deposit check at the parent meeting.

All players must complete online registration.

• If your skater(s) will be leasing hockey equipment for the season, the SYHA EQUIPMENT LEASE AGREEMENT will need to be completed. CLICK HERE

• Equipment Fees: Rental Fee checks and Deposit checks need to be submitted to SYHA when checking out equipment.  *Rental Fee is waived for all first year THFF skaters. 

• Donated Gear: SYHA is always thrilled to receive donations of your gently used gear! Feel free to drop off items you no longer need during our equipment nights or contact the Equipment Manager. 

TEAM TRYOUTS

Tryout Information:

All skaters will need to complete the Somerset Youth Hockey Waiver of Liability and Indemnity Agreement. If you participated in Next Level Hockey School, Spartan Performance or Blaze this summer, you’ve likely completed this form already.  Please reach out to Andrea Banaszewski if you are unsure.

In order for your skaters registration to be considered complete, all registration forms must be signed, post-dated volunteer checks (and fundraising checks, if applicable) must be submitted, and you must be signed up for a payment plan or be paid in full.  Your account from all previous years, including volunteer hours owed, must be paid in full and up to date as well. Your child will not be allowed to participate in tryouts, games or scrimmages unless their registration is complete.

• Go to USA HOCKEY to register each of your skaters. 

• USA Hockey requires all players to register and is required prior to completing the SYHA registration. If your child is participating in Try Hockey for Free, a USA Hockey membership number is not required.

• Click on the "Ice Players and Coaches" selection and follow the on-screen directions.

• Multiple players can be submitted through this process. 

•USA Hockey + WAHA /Affiliate fee: 

The USA Hockey Registration fees are listed below. The Affiliate Fee (if applicable) varies by Affiliate. If a participant plays and coaches, he/she pays only one registration fee.

• Save your USA Hockey number to input into the SYHA Registration; SYHA cannot complete any registrations without a USA Hockey number.
